I’m Omero Arpista, owner of Top Priority Painting, a locally owned company providing interior painting, exterior painting, and cabinet painting in Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, and the southwest Twin Cities metro.
I got into painting through a friend who invited me to work with him. At first, I didn’t know it would become my career. But the more I learned, the more I enjoyed the sense of accomplishment that comes from transforming a home into what its owners envisioned.
After working as a foreman and project manager, I decided to build something of my own. I initially planned to subcontract for larger companies, but working directly with homeowners became one of the most rewarding parts of running Top Priority Painting.

When you contact us, you’ll usually speak directly with me. I handle estimates, get the crew started, paint alongside the team, and stay involved through completion. I wear plenty of hats, but that involvement helps me keep a close eye on the details and stay connected with our customers.
